Knock knock
Looked at another flat today. Not the best. Lovely roof terrace, but that was about it. The door looked like it had been forced, there was a musty smell and the stairs wobbled when two people went up at the same time. So, thank you, but no.
Went for pizza for a friend's birthday last night and saw everybody out in their gladrags after Ladies' Day. Some really odd outfits - one woman looked like she was wearing a big blue babygro. And the shoes! Stripper-tastic or what! I decided to wear my mum's old hacking jacket with the sleeves pushed up as they're not quite long enough when down, and one of the girls told me it was very Vivienne Westwood!
Not bad for M&S circa 1978!
