Debates over dinner
Mum and Dad left this afternoon after spending the weekend up in the Hard Days Night Hotel. Fantastic room! Enormous bed, really nice bathroom and a balcony! Friday night my bro and a couple of his friends were here too but they were pretty unintrusive and not bad guests. Finally managed to get into Etsu on the Friday night and my parents tried Japanese food for the first time. Mum didn't have any sushi though. Then we went up to Rincon so they could see what it was like. They even had a dance! Saturday they were at their wine tasting thing so Sunday we went to the Radisson to have a look at the function room again. I think the space issue is going to swing it. Much as I would love to have the reception at Rincon, we just won't all fit, which is pretty poo. So it will be the Rad, hopefully with a bit more character than it had when we inspected it.
