mmmm, iuno..

woo i'm home! hurray!

had a busy two days - yesterday i went out into nottingham with meg and jane and then went out being all sociable like, then today i had my first shift back at work... was mainly ok except for one lady piddling on the bathroom floor.

ugh i know i have more stuff that i could put in here but i cant really be bothered right now so i'll update later.

i spent the whole of today with my mum clearing out crap from my room. we outed about half my wardrobe, two big boxes of paper for recycling and another box of rubbish, and my room looks awful. we do, however, have a whole lotta free space now and just need to start tidying things up again.

ok what do/did i have to say last time before i got bored... went out monday night to double vision, the only time i've been this term, lol.. twas pretty average, i got happily sloshed right at the beginning and managed to stay dizzy all night, which was fun. oish's boyfriend got me in a headlock and tipped beer over my head. yum. then when we got back some little sods from greenbank decided to set our fire alarms off three times at about 3:00 - 4:00am, so everyone was both cold and hacked off. i got to bed in the end and even managed to stay awake in PBL the next morning, which was an achievement...

not really much else to note that week, except that at the fencing AGM i nominated myself for social secretary and got the post, woo go me (?) ... at least it means i can stop us having to go to crappy RnB nights now :-D not sure what else i have to do though. probably liase with somebody.

and on thursday i came home, woo! so back for three weeks, working ten shifts (so i'll get some dosh), seeing emma and kate for in-depth conversations about why boys suck in so many ways, and then being a complete hypocrite and seeing if i can persuade ian to spend some time with me. not sure if that will happen though, i'm not entirely certain what's going on at the moment. i havent been online for a while, and when i do get on, our conversations usually consist of 'hi' 'hello' 'how are you?' 'i'm fine, you?' 'also fine' 'good' .... 'um' .....(much later) ... 'going to bed/out/dinner/do washing/other' 'ok, night xxx' 'night xx' thrilling stuff eh.

i try. i really do. but sometimes its like i'm just sending the messages off into cyberspace; whether they reach their target is another matter.

ahh, i seem to be having a little more success tonight... or not. oh well, it was good while it lasted.

anyway, i should probably sign off here. i made a decent attempt at improving on the last entry and hopefully it worked... meh.
