Hot cross buns

I gave myself my first needlestick today. Rather annoyed by that. I also skinned my knuckle trying to figure out how to open my new tourniquet, as I seem to have misplaced my old one. Why can't they just make them all standard and logical?

So anyway. My first trip to occupational health. Seeing my vein on the business end of a sample tube, my red life in the bottle. The infinitessimal chance that I just sealed my own fate. All through one momentary lapse of concentration.

Something smells like asparagus pee.
