my brother dyed his hair black the other day; now he looks scarily like both our dad and harry potter. so i drew a zigzag on his forehead in eyeliner on friday :D well it made me laugh.

i wrote martyn a note on friday, and he rang me today, it was so nice to talk again! i thought it would be really awkward but it wasnt.. he sounds a bit different and we didnt have chance to talk for long because my dinner was ready but i'm going to ring again in the week and catch up properly.

going to liverpool on tuesday, i really need to ring the landlord, then on saturday steve's visiting so i'll have a friend, yay! we may go to see king arthur with meg and jane, then i think we're lunching and may visit the riverside festival, and i've waxed lyrical about the pit n pendulum so we will probably be bevvying there before heading off to rock city. i miss em and kate for going out though. and much as i hate to admit it, i kinda miss uni. work gets on my nerves a lot and i never have the energy at the mo to run round doing everything on time.. i just amble through, occasionally staring off into space or checking out my belly protruderage in the many mirrors. yes i'm that vain. but hey ho. i have three or four weeks left there then its back to liverpool.

meg's coming round on wednesday. not sure what we'll do yet, probably play a board game or two, eat, drink and be merry.. and i may introduce her to john crichton et al.

hum, i should probably leave this here, jo and nog are still round and i'm missing the sunshine.
