hello? i can't come in today, my calves are on strike...

woo its the 29th of february! the next time i say that i will be 23... :S

big yay for me today - i went to aerobics and it was great; i felt so good afterwards, even if i did think i was going to throw up at one point during... they really shouldnt have it so close after tea.

not really a great deal to say today, i just wanted to have an entry from the 29th feb ^_^

with any luck em and kate can come at the weekend, and its only 9 days til i can see ian again :-) mmmm ian...

been doing lots of work this weekend and its still not finished :-( but i still have all of tomorrow after clinical skills. hmm.

so yeah, thats it, pretty much.
