Another day

I was going to try and write an entry about today being slightly better but still busy and I didn't get to leave until 75 minutes after my official clocking-off time and I still hadn't finished all the jobs, but I'm just so tired! Didn't sleep too well last night and then this morning there was no water in the flat, which was wonderful... Luckily the coffee machine had been set up the night before and I had a bottle of water to clean my teeth, but no shower, so I did my second day slightly stinky. Well, not too stinky. Maybe a little bit. It's back on now though.

The quasi-emergency didn't die (phew!) though she did spike a temp of 40 deg (eep!) but my kick-ass blood cultures grew a bug and I was right about her having left-sided crackles. Which made me feel better, even if it wasn't good news for her.

I sleepy. Going to bed now.
